Beach Shipwreck
Shipwreck Beach (Kaiolohia) is the spot to go if you've ever wanted to feel as if you're in the heart of a real-life Pirates of the Caribbean scenario because of its once-in-a-lifetime rusty ship sightings.
Originally, this 6-mile-long beach served as the last resting place for over a dozen shipwrecks, some of which were deliberately sunk and others of which ended up there by accident.
The major (and spookiest!) shipwreck is the YOGN-42, a WWII US Navy concrete gasoline tanker constructed in 1942 that was deliberately sunk in 1954 after a failed mission.
As you would have thought, there are a lot of shipwrecks below the waves, but you shouldn't even think of diving down to view them since the shore could be really strong and dangerous!

Fishing Trail
On the other side of Hulopoe Beach, a stunning hiking trail (along the coastal side of the Four Seasons) starts and offers access to beautiful coastline panoramas. Fisherman's Trail is all about hiking along the stunning beach, amid the remnants of ancient dwelling structures and temples, and taking in the amazing views of the ocean, crashing waves, and rocky shoreline.
